Fundraising Campaign 2026

May 4 to June 26
Goal: $7000

Help YARN sustain our digital sanctuary, no cost chaplaincy, and leadership network. Donate today to keep our community thriving.

The Unitarian Universalist Young Adult Revival Network (YARN) has been the home of all things UU young adults in the world. Over the last few years, we’ve built an incredible international community of young adults. We’ve offered pastoral care, supported Seminarians in their Clinical Pastoral Education journeys, encouraged UUs to meet fellow young adults, participated in General Assembly, offered workshops, consultation sessions, uplifted the initiatives of partner organizations and helped people bridge the gap between youth and adulthood.

But to do this work, to do it well, to do it with joy, and to do it without burning out, we need resources. This spring we are running a campaign to raise $7,000. This money will help us continue to pay for staff who manage our community, run our communications, and administer our paperwork. In fact if our campaign is successful we will be growing our staff this Fall, going from 1 to 3 people!

Beyond new staffing we would also want to refresh our website and design style, as well as move off of UU San Francisco’s cloud systems and email address (no more yarn@uusf.org! Instead it would be something@uuyarn.org!!)

So, in summary, we are fundraising for:

  • New Staff

  • Refreshed Visual Identity

  • Same Great Young Adult Ministry

If you’ve ever felt like the UU world needs more space for young adults, we’re asking you to put some weight behind that belief.

Thanks for being part of this,
YARN Leadership Team
